Deployed with the US Navy for the better part of a year, Sebastian chronicles his wanderlust in a relatively unknown region in the Horn of Africa. Surrounded by hostile nations such as Somalia and Ethiopia, Djibouti is an arid and desolate refuge for peoples that have traveled from many tribes to congregate as a relatively new nation, forming what is now the hottest inhabited place on earth.
